My Diet Experience

So I have been on a diet since the beginning of January! I've been doing really well but recently it has been getting really tough! Since being on this diet I have really changed the way and the things that I eat, I've been eating much healthier, controlling my portions, and also making sure that I eat snacks throughout the day. I've also been going to the gym 3-4 times a week. When I hit the gym I typically focus on cardio, I usually go on the elliptical for about 15-20 minutes then I would go on the treadmill for about 35-45 minutes. I've been sticking to this routine for a while and it hasn't been too bad but recently I have been craving the food that I would typically eat! Oh the temptations! But so far I have been able to stay away, hopefully I can stay on the right track! **Fingers Crossed!!**
